Bottle Water Cooler Options
Many offices and even homes have a bottle water cooler. Bottled water has risen in popularity in recent years and more people are turning to bottled water as drinking source alternative to traditional tap water. As a result, there has been a rise in the use of a bottle water cooler in both offices and homes for consumers. Instead of traditional water fountains where people can spread germs, many offices are turning to option of bottled water. Even schools are providing bottled water for students to drink during the day instead of traditional water fountains. There are two primary types of bottle water coolers available on the market for consumers. The primary and most popular bottle water cooler option is the room temperature or cold water cooler. This cooler dispenses bottled water that has been slightly chilled or is at room temperature. You will find this type with either one or two dispensers for users to have access to the bottled water. The other type of water cooler option available is the dual water cooler. This type of dispenser will provide both cool and hot water. There are two taps for accessing the bottled water. Water run on one side of the dispenser will be room temperature or chilled. The water on the other side of the dispenser will be heated. One bottle of water is used in the unit at a time and the different compartments determine whether cool or hot water is dispensed from the unit for consumers. The heights of different bottle water coolers vary from model to model and even brand to brand. Popular brands include Deer Park and Aquafina. Virtually any company that bottles drinking water has some type of bottle water cooler available to its customers. Traditionally, all models come with a disposable cup dispenser to make access to the bottled water easier and more sanitary. Additionally, there is a spill tray available that will catch water that is spilled or dripped from the dispenser nozzle on the bottle water cooler. Bacteria can build up in bottled water so it is important to only order one or two month's of water supply at a time. Additionally, the nozzles need to be cleaned periodically to keep them sanitary and reduce bacteria build-up within the actual nozzle unit. Daily the spill tray should be cleaned to prevent bacteria, mold and mildew from growing in the tray. Another daily cleaning suggestion is to wipe down the disposable cup holder with a mild cleaning agent or disinfectant since consumer's hands will touch it throughout the day. The rim where the cups are held in place should be cleaned daily as well. The benefits of using a bottle water cooler in the home or in a public place are wonderful. Consumers now have the option to not drink from public water fountains or spend time at home filtering water for consumption. In fact, homes that drink a great deal of water can even have bottled water delivered directly to their front door. There is the option to purchase a miniature bottle water cooler model to fit nicely with virtually any décor and make changing the bottles easier on home owners. Instead of buying many bottles of bottled water, consumers can now use the smaller versions of the bottle water coolers in their homes with the same ease and convenience as commercial use. |
